Founded in 1996, G Squared has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services across a range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, medical, and defence. This news post is a chance to discover a brief history of G Squared, from our beginnings to our current standing as an industry leader.

The foundations of G Squared were originally built on a part-time basis in 1996, with the goal to source and supply manufactured parts to the engineering industry. We had established through our experience, that there was a need to ensure parts were supplied on time and to the quality required – a time-consuming and additional cost for any organisation that sub-contract the manufacture of parts.

With this knowledge, the concept of sourcing and supplying machined and manufactured parts on a sub-contract basis was established, but only by using the most appropriate suppliers who had the capability in terms of quality, delivery, and price.

In early 2000, G Squared was born. Since this point we have not looked back, experiencing substantial growth. We now supply many large organisations country-wide and source items in various quantities, with everything being stocked, inspected, and shipped from our works in Andover Hampshire.

Our experienced team has continued to grow, with our Key Account Manager Hayley Peverill joining the team in December 2019. We have grown to become a leading supplier of quality engineered components, forming a reputation as the “go to company” to solve supply chain problems for difficult-to-source components.
